Summary
Preliminary DUI breath analysis as evidence in prosecution. Provides that the results of a preliminary DUI breath analysis may be admitted into evidence in any prosecution for a DUI offense for the purpose of rebutting a challenge by the defendant to the existence of probable cause for the arrest.
