Summary
Landscape architects; acceptance of plans by state and
local authorities. Provides that resulting plans and specifications,
submitted under the seal, stamp, or certification of a certified landscape
architect, shall be accepted for review by local and state authorities in
connection with both public and private projects. Currently state and local
authorities have the discretion to accept such plans and specifications, but
