Summary
Statute of limitation for occupational and professional
criminal violations. Provides that prosecution of any misdemeanor
violation of § 54.1-111 (occupation and profession violations) shall
commence within one year of the discovery of the offense by the claimant,
but in no case later than five years from the occurrence.
