Summary

Statute of limitation for occupational and professional criminal violations. Provides that prosecution of any misdemeanor violation of § 54.1-111 (occupation and profession violations) shall commence within one year of the discovery of the offense by the claimant, but in no case later than five years from the occurrence.   View Full Text »
