Description

Public utilities; propane air. Clarifies that a propane-air facility that is not organized as a public service company and that sells or delivers propane air only to one or more public utilities is not a public utility. Such facilities shall nevertheless be subject to the State Corporation Commission's jurisdiction relating to gas pipeline safety and enforcement.
