Description
Modification of sentence by a judge prior to a defendant's transfer to corrections facility. Provides that a court may modify the sentence of a convicted person prior to his transfer to any correctional facility. Currently, the court may do so only if the person is to be sent to a Virginia Department of Corrections facility. Read the Bill »
