HB640: Low-water bridge; Dickenson County to transfer ownership therof in Town of Pound to VDOT.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. § 1. Dickenson County to transfer ownership of certain bridge to Virginia Department of Transportation.
Dickenson County shall transfer to the Virginia Department of Transportation all interest in the low-water bridge in the Town of Pound. The Department shall take such bridge into the secondary system of state highways for maintenance and all other purposes as provided in Title 33.1 of the Code of Virginia.
