Summary

Impoundment of a motor vehicle for eluding police.  Provides that upon the arrest of a person for disregarding a signal by a law-enforcement officer to stop, or for eluding police, his motor vehicle shall be immobilized or impounded in accordance with the provisions of § 46.2-301.1(impoundment of motor vehicle for driving on a suspended or revoked license).   View Full Text »
