Summary
Federal sport fish matching funds. Gives the Virginia
Marine Resources Commission the authority to accept federal grant money from
the federal Wallop-Breaux Fund. The U.S. Department of the Interior has
indicated that Virginia's statutes do not give the agency such authority. The
