Summary

Oyster taxes. Requires oyster taxes be paid to the Virginia Marine Resources Commission. Currently, the Commission's Marine Patrol Officers collect the tax. The bill also directs that the oyster inspection tax be deposited in the Public Oyster Rocks Replenishment Fund.   View Full Text »
