Contracts for maintenance of components of Interstate Highway System. Requires that, with a few exceptions, all maintenance on components of the Interstate Highway System in Virginia be carried out under contracts awarded by the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner and approved by the Commonwealth Transportation Board.
