Description
Harvest quota on menhaden. Limits to 105,783 metric tons the amount of menhaden that can be harvested annually in the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries from 2006 through 2010. This limit is in accordance with the cap placed on the fishery by the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission in its Atlantic Menhaden Fishery Management Plan. Read the Bill »
