Summary
Health care data reporting; safety and quality of care.
Requires the Commissioner of Health to determine, along with the Board of
Medicine, any data concerning safety and quality health care services rendered
by physicians to Medicaid recipients that should be identified, collected, and
disseminated. Also requires sufficient funding to be identified to cover the
