Summary

Exceeding speed limit on Interstate 81; penalty.  Provides that any person convicted of exceeding the lawful speed limit on Interstate 81 shall be assessed a fee of $50, which shall be forwarded to the Department of State Police to be used to defray costs of speed enforcement.   View Full Text »
