Summary

Concealed handgun permits; information concerning lethal force.  Requires the state police to develop, in consultation with the Attorney General, a handout concerning the use of lethal force in Virginia. The handout would be provided to each permit holder upon issuance of a concealed handgun permit. This bill was incorporated by House Bill 1577.   View Full Text »
