Summary

Impoundment of motor vehicle for driving with a suspended operator's license.  Provides that a person arrested for driving on a suspended license, suspended for any reason, shall have his car impounded for the period of the suspension or 30 days, whichever is greater. Currently, the impoundment is only for 30 days and is only effected for certain types of suspensions, such as DUI.   View Full Text »
