Description

Sales and use tax revenue dedicated to the Transportation Trust Fund. Increases the amount of sales and use tax revenue dedicated to the Transportation Trust Fund from an amount generated by a one-half percent sales and use tax, to an amount generated by a 1% sales and use tax. Amends § 58.1-638 (“Disposition of state sales and use tax revenue; localities\u2019 share; Game Protection Fund.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
