Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 2.2-114.1, as follows:

§ 2.2-114.1.  Designation of officials; interests of senior citizens and adults with disabilities.

The Governor shall, by executive order or otherwise, require the head of each state agency to designate an existing employee who shall be responsible for reviewing policy and program decisions under consideration by the agency in light of the effect of such decisions on senior citizens and adults with disabilities.
