Summary
Guardianship; petition by parent of incapacitated
person. Authorizes the parent or guardian of an incapacitated
person who is under the age of 18 to file a petition for guardianship
six months prior to the child's eighteenth birthday. Where the petition
is brought by any other person, the petition may be filed no earlier
than the respondent's eighteenth birthday.
