Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  §1. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of § 24.2-303.02 of the Code of Virginia or of the second enactment of Chapter 903 of the Acts of Assembly of 2003, that portion of the boundary line between the Nineteenth and Twenty-Second House of Delegates Districts within Bedford County beginning at the intersection of Cottontown Road and Ivy Creek, then southwest on Ivy Creek to Whistling Swan Drive, south on Whistling Swan Drive to Another Way, east on Another Way to Lake Vista Drive, south on Lake Vista Drive to Spring Lake Road, west on Spring Lake Road to Gumtree Road, and south on Gumtree Road to Forest Road, is superceded by a line beginning at the intersection of Cottontown Road and Ivy Creek, then southwest on Ivy Creek to Hooper Road, southwest on Hooper Road to State Route 663, south on State Route 663 to Forest Road, and east on Forest Road to Gumtree Road.
