Summary

Conveyance of Property, Sam's Restaurant.  Authorizes the Governor to convey at fair market value, upon consultation with the Virginia Marine Resources Commission, to Ocean Properties, LLC, an irregular-shaped lot, piece, or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the downtown section of Hampton, Virginia, known as Sam's Restaurant.  Such sale and conveyance shall be in a form approved by the Attorney General.   View Full Text »
