HB900: Redevelopment and Housing Authority; commissioners shall not be members of any governing body.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. §1. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, general or special, at least 75% of the commissioners of a Redevelopment and Housing Authority shall be persons who are not members of the city council.
