Summary
Criminal street gang members; conditions of
probation. Provides that the court, when sentencing an active
participant or member of a criminal street gang, may, as a condition
of probation or a suspended sentence, place reasonable restrictions
on with whom the accused may have contact. The bill creates an exception
for those who are members of the person's family or household. This
bill is identical to SB 344.
