Summary

Assault or threat of certain judicial participants; penalty.  Provides that the assault, assault and battery, or threat to kill or injure a judge, juror, witness, officer of the court, or his immediate family member for or in respect of any act or proceeding had or to be had in such court is a Class 5 felony with a mandatory, minimum term of confinement of six months.   View Full Text »
