Summary
Trust for care of animal. Amends the Uniform Trust
Code to provide that trust assets can be used for burial or other postdeath
expenditures of the pet if provided for in the trust instrument and more
clearly defines the trustee's duties and rights. Also delineates that excess
funds shall be distributed pursuant to the residuary clause of the settlor's
