Description

Providing alcohol to persons less than 21 years of age. Clarifies the exception to the rule that a person may not provide alcohol to another who is under the age of 21. The exception is made clear that a person may provide alcoholic beverages to underage members of his family while in his residence. Amends § 4.1-306 (“Purchasing alcoholic beverages for one to whom they may not be sold; penalty; forfeiture.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
