Summary

Urban Highway Congestion Mitigation Fund.  Establishes the Urban Highway Congestion Mitigation Fund, consisting of an annual allocation by the Commonwealth Transportation Board of $250 million from funds available for highway construction projects.  The Fund would be used to make allocations and grants to cities and urban counties for the construction of highway projects that would result in substantial mitigation of local and regional highway congestion.   View Full Text »
