Summary
Registration of new student. Requires a parent,
guardian, or other person having control or charge of a child of school age to
provide to a public school, upon registration of a student, information
concerning certain criminal convictions or delinquency adjudications. When the
registration results from foster care placement, the information shall be
furnished by the local social services agency or licensed child-placing agency
