Summary
Attorney fees deducted from Commonwealth medical liens. Clarifies that in actions where a Commonwealth medical lien is asserted, the attorney fees shall be deducted from the lien total and not the total amount recovered, if the attorney distributes such fees to the injured person. View Full Text »
