Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. No vehicle hauling any hazardous materials as defined in § 46.2-341.4 of the Code of Virginia shall travel on Virginia Route 674 in Fairfax County between Virginia Route 123 and Virginia Route 606, except for local pickups and deliveries. Violations shall constitute traffic infractions punishable as provided in § 46.2-113 of the Code of Virginia.
