RESOLVED by the House of Delegates, That the following persons are hereby nominated to be elected to the Court of Appeals of Virginia as follows:

Randolph A. Beales, Esquire, of Henrico, as a judge of the Court of Appeals of Virginia for a term of eight years commencing April 16, 2006.

William G. Petty, Esquire, of Lynchburg, as a judge of the Court of Appeals of Virginia for a term of eight years commencing March 16, 2006.
