Description
Special license plates for immediate family members of certain persons who have died in military service; fees. Authorizes the issuance of special license plates to members of the immediate family of a member of the armed forces of the United States who lost his or her life while engaged in certain military service. Each such set of license plates, in addition to the prescribed cost of state license plates, is subject to a one-time fee of $10. Prepaid order minimums do not apply to these plates.
