Description
Highway ingress and egress. Requires the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner to permit the construction and maintenance of ingress and egress to and from highways to intersecting private roads and adjoining private property. Amends § 33.1-197 (“Connections over shoulders of highways for intersecting private roads.”), § 33.1-198 (“Connections over shoulders of highways for intersecting commercial establishment entrances.”), of the Code of Virginia.
