Summary

Sales and use tax; dedication of portion of revenue to local transportation and education.  Provides that 0.25% of the sales and use tax revenue shall be returned to the locality in which it was collected to be used for transportation, and that 0.25% of the sales and use tax revenue shall be returned to the locality in which it was collected to be used for education purposes.   View Full Text »
