Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. Special license plates bearing the legend I VOTED.

On receipt of an application and written evidence that the applicant is an election official or volunteer election worker with at least five years of service, the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles shall issue to the applicant, subject to the provisions of § 46.2-725 of the Code of Virginia, special license plates bearing the legend I VOTED.
