Summary
Campaign Finance Disclosure Act of 2006.
Enacts a new campaign finance disclosure act; reorganizes and clarifies
provisions in the act; amends various cross-references to the act;
and repeals the existing act. The bill is the result of a review of
the act undertaken by the State Board of Elections pursuant to House
Joint Resolution 667 (2005).
