Summary

Use value assessment and taxation; roll-back taxes.  Provides that, at the option of the locality, roll-back taxes under local use value assessment ordinances shall not apply to a subdivision, separation, or split-off of property which results in parcels that do not meet minimum acreage requirements, provided that title to the subdivided parcels is held in the name of an immediate family member for at least the first 60 months following the subdivision.   View Full Text »
