Summary
Prescription Monitoring Program. Modifies the
reporting requirements under the Prescription Monitoring Program to reflect
recent changes in federal law and to ensure that the Commonwealth is eligible
to receive federal funds. This bill contains a second enactment clause
requiring the Department of Health Professions to promulgate regulations within
