Description
Administrative Law Advisory Committee. This bill provides that the chairman of the Administrative Law Advisory Committee may be a member of and must be appointed by the Virginia Code Commission. Other amendments to the bill allow, rather than require, the representation from certain entities and limits the total membership of the Advisory Committee to 12 members.
