All-terrain vehicles and off-road motorcycles. Requires non-dealer owners of all-terrain vehicles and off-road motorcycles powered by gasoline or diesel engines displacing more than 50 cubic centimeters and purchased as new on or after July 1, 2006, to title their vehicles with DMV.   View Full Text »
