Description

Motor vehicle mufflers. Prohibits modification of motor vehicle exhaust systems to the extent that the exhaust systems produce more than 95 decibels of noise as measured by the Society of Automotive Engineers Standard J1169. For the purposes of this bill, motorcycles are not to be deemed motor vehicles. Read the Bill »
