Summary

Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner. Provides for election of the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner by the Commonwealth Transportation Board with the consent of the Governor for a term of four years. In the event of a vacancy, an Acting Commissioner would be appointed by the Governor until the vacancy is filled by the Commonwealth Transportation Board. The salary of the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner would be fixed by the Commonwealth Transportation Board. This bill has been referred for study under SJR 60.   View Full Text »
