Summary

Ignition interlock system; exemption.  Allows the court to grant an exemption to a person otherwise required to use an ignition interlock system if the court determines that an exemption is warranted based on physician documentation that a person's medical condition prevents him from correctly utilizing the ignition interlock system.   View Full Text »
