Summary

Alcoholic beverage control; mixed beverage restaurant licenses. Provides that "other designated areas" where a mixed beverage restaurant licensee may sell and serve mixed beverages includes outdoor dining areas, whether or not contiguous to the licensed premises, provided such areas are under the control of the licensee and approved by the Board. Currently other designated areas must be on the premises of the restaurant.   View Full Text »
