Description
Jurisdiction of corporate authorities of cities and towns. Extends the jurisdiction of cities and towns to traffic offenses within one mile beyond their corporate limits. Currently, the one mile rule applies to only criminal offenses. Amends § 19.2-250, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
