Summary
Certain domestic relations documents. Amends
a Code section added in 2005 that provides that certain required information
(social security numbers and financial information) be contained in
a separate addendum rather than in the petition, pleading, motion,
order, or decree to add a requirement that the attorney or party who
prepares the petition, etc. ensure that such an addendum be incorporated
by reference into such petition, etc. This bill is a recommendation
of the Judicial Council.
