Summary

Certain domestic relations documents. Amends a Code section added in 2005 that provides that certain required information (social security numbers and financial information) be contained in a separate addendum rather than in the petition, pleading, motion, order, or decree to add a requirement that the attorney or party who prepares the petition, etc. ensure that such an addendum be incorporated by reference into such petition, etc. This bill is a recommendation of the Judicial Council.   View Full Text »
