Description

District court; parties not represented by counsel. Provides that parties in a civil case not represented by counsel must make written notification of an address change if they have made an appearance in the case. There is no requirement in current law that such parties shall have made an appearance. This bill is a recommendation of the Committee on District Courts. Read the Bill »
