Summary

Procedures in forfeiture cases. Provides that discovery in drug forfeiture proceedings shall be had according to the criminal rules of discovery, that a jury shall consist of five people, and that the Commonwealth may take a nonsuit. Currently, none of these procedures is addressed in the forfeiture law.   View Full Text »
