Description
Requirements for home instruction of children. Modifies the criteria that a parent must meet to provide home instruction to their children, by providing that a parent who holds a high school diploma, rather than a baccalaureate degree, meets the requirements. This bill is identical to HB 1340. Amends § 22.1-254.1 (“Declaration of policy; requirements for home instruction of children.”), of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
