Summary

Voluntary settlements among localities; effective date.  Mandates that voluntary agreements that provide for municipal annexation shall take effect, in the absence of a stipulated date, on the first day of the month following court validation of the voluntary agreement. The Code currently provides for such agreements to take effect on January 1 of the year set forth in the agreement.   View Full Text »
