A BILL to amend and reenact § 6 of Chapter 809 of the Acts of Assembly of 2002, as amended by Chapter 825 of the Acts of Assembly of 2004, relating to authorizing the Department of Conservation and Recreation to amend a lease by and between the Secretary of the Army, Lessor, and the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Conservation and Recreation, Lessee, for Occoneechee State Park in Mecklenburg County.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 6 of Chapter 809 of the Acts of Assembly of 2002, as amended by Chapter 825 of the Acts of Assembly of 2004, is amended as follows:

§ 6. The provisions of this act shall expire on July 1, 2006 2008, unless the amendment has been incorporated into the lease agreement by July 1, 2006 2008.
