SB52: Occoneechee State Park; lease extended.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That § 6 of Chapter 809 of the Acts of Assembly of 2002, as amended by Chapter 825 of the Acts of Assembly of 2004, is amended as follows:
§
6. The provisions of this act shall expire on July 1, 2006 2008, unless the amendment has been incorporated
into the lease agreement by July 1, 2006 2008.
